One of my favorite digital sound alchemists Tom Erbe has just released externals for Pure Data and MAX/MSP that are versions of his renowned Spectral Shapers plugs. Tom's DSP tools have shaped the sound of electronic music since the 90's release of his non-realtime spectral/convolution sound processing program Soundhack (link to Soundhack and his various freeware plugin/dsp bundles.) The unique sound shaping of his spectral processing and convolution effects can be heard in the music of electronic musicians as diverse as Trent Reznor (eg The Downward Spiral), Fennesz and major Hollywood film sound designs. All is full of love for the new sound.

PS coming soon Theory and Technique of Electronic Music by Miller Puckette (creator of MAX/MSP and Pure Data).

The Secret of the Golden Flower
LINK
I am currently reading the paperback version of this book. The version I have has additional commentary by the translator Richard Wilhelm and an essay by CJ Jung, therefore it is copyrighted. However, I found this non-annotated translation at the Flamel College Library. This is a good starting point for understanding the principles of yoga discussed in the book and their connection with western alchemy. Jung viewed this text as the bridge between Eastern and Western esotericism (through the filters that he was examining these topics.) Shine On!

The Mass Psychology of Fascism
When I first read Reich I wondered why he wasn't taught or even mentioned in the course of my undergrad studies. This book is without doubt one of the most illuminating books written on the human proclivity for succumbing to (and even openly embracing) fascism (whether it is related to the overtly fascist bent of the global corporate-industrial-complex or microcosmically, the subtle fascism deployed on us by our peers).
Reich shows us why we are afraid of ourselves and our innate abilities for self governance. His ideas are based on empirical research he conducted through the various mass sexual and mental health organizations he helped found in pre WWII Europe. This research was responsible for his being dismissed from Freud's Psychoanalytic Society (for apparently heralding communist ideas) AND being dismissed from the Communist Party (for using psychology to critique the state of the Communist Party).
Reich fled to Scandinavia at the outset of WWII before eventually finding safe sanctuary in the United States. Sadly his ideas were even too "dangerous" for our own government who imprisoned him due to his violation of an obscure FDA Labeling Law and ordered his publications and research to be burned.
However, access to his work has steadily increased since the 1970s through reprints and releases of archived research materials and the research of other scientists who have continued in his footsteps (eg Alexander Janov and Primal Scream Therapy.) I hope having this book in EPUB format will further help disseminate Reich's beautiful, elegant and ultimately useful ideas on why the human animal continues to live in such apparent unbalance with itself and it's environment.
This book is copyrighted (Farrar, Straus and Giroux 1980.) I derived this EPUB from a PDF posted on this site. I am proud to present it here as I believe it is a good introduction to the ideas of one of the most misunderstood and overlooked scientists of the 20th Century. And I hope it sparks curiosity regarding the rest of his oeuvre.

The Electronic Revolution
Hi all, I've compiled an all new version of the Electronic Revolution using the UBU PDF and the original html version from archive.groovy.net as 'primary' texts. I've fixed some of the more extreme spelling errors but have preserved those that convey double meanings or double spellings of the same words. The paragraph breaks follow those of the UBU PDF. The cover photo is courtesy of Ivy Barkakati. Hope you guys enjoy and put into practice the strange ideas in this here new portable EPUB version of this amazing essay. Cheers!

Turba Philosophorum
Here is a non-annotated complete text of the Turba as translated by Arthur Edward Waite. There are several online texts with annotations but this is the cleanest I could get the text to be in EPUB format.
Coelum Philosophorum
I've started to use Calibre to convert to EPUB format various esoteric texts scattered online. The one unifying element to these texts is their potential for enabling spiritual and physical growth in the reader. I have been studying the writings of Carl Jung on Alchemy and have reached a point of understanding of these (difficult in and of themselves) texts to want to read further the primary source material. So it is advisable to use the volumes by Jung on Alchemy and Psychology as starting points if that is so desired (these however are not in the public domain and must be purchased). In addition to alchemical texts, I will be providing related texts from sources as varied as ancient vedic and tantric texts to texts by modern shaman like William Burroughs and Terrance McKenna. I believe that we are in the midst of a great awakening. And this blog will serve as one small aspect of enabling this awakening to achieve itself. The texts themselves will be uploaded to DivShare. Cosmic Love to you all.
